We’re looking for a commercially driven, high-energy BD to drive business growth. We are a team of experienced people across finance, crypto and developer and user experience. You can challenge and learn from us. 

What you’ll do

  • Own the full sales cycle - from first contact to signed deals
  • Sell Bebop’s liquidity, RFQ, and trading infrastructure to wallets, apps, protocols, and institutions
  • Turn “maybe later” into revenue
  • Grow accounts after closing
  • Identify new market opportunities and push into them aggressively (both internally and externally)
  • Work closely with product, devs, marketing and the CEO on ensure all-team contribution to BD success

What we’re looking for

  • A natural salesperson: persuasive, proactive, and relentless
  • Strong commercial instinct and revenue focus
  • Deep understanding of crypto / DeFi and the broader global financial markets
  • Comfortable selling technical products to sophisticated counterparties
  • Team-oriented, positive, and action-biased
  • Hyperefficient thanks to AI and personality traits

What success looks like

  • Deals closed
  • Revenue generated
  • Strategic accounts expanded
  • Existing accounts growing
  • Bebop becoming the must have trade execution venue across the DeFi ecosystem
